Welcome to the IfCon Taipei 2026 web page, your sole source for everything Taipei! We are excited and very happy to welcome you to our beautiful city to celebrate our annual IfCon convention.

Monday, October 26 - 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Tuesday, October 27
Hospitality Suite open from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
2:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Conference and hotel registration opens
Registration – distribution of badges and swag bags.
Your registration bag contains:
- Welcome pack that includes T-shirt, lanyard, and Taiwan LV bag
- Ticket for 1 free drink at the evening cocktail reception
- Ticket for entry to the hot pot dinner
- MRT card pre-loaded with 300 NT (can be used on public transportation, 7-11 and Family Mart). Your MRT card can also be used to cover the entrance fee at most of the In-Town tours. It can also be topped up at any MRT station.
During registration, please sign up for local tours. Please note that tickets to local tours and lunch is the responsibility of the participant. Transportation is included with your registration via the provided MRT card.
* If you are checking in after 7pm, proceed to cocktail evening reception for registration.
6:30 PM – 9:00 PM – Evening cocktail reception at Mudan Bar. The entire bar has been reserved for us. Please bring your free drink ticket. For those of you who are checking in late, registration at this location will also be available. We will have special guests for photo taking.

Wednesday, October 28
Hospitality Suite open. 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM – The following City Tours are being offered. Please sign-up during registration at the hotel. The cost of these tours is in an additional expense and is not included in your registration fee. Transportation to and from the tours is provided via public transportation and can be paid for with your MRT Card that was part of your welcome package and included in your registration fee. Please note the in most cases, the entrance fee to the planned in-city tours can be covered by your MRT card as well. The tours will be run by our local A and F Team members.

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM – National Board Meeting. Meeting to be held in the Hospitality Suite
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Grand Banquet – at hotel banquet room. Includes free flow beer and wine

Registration
The registration fee for the full event this year is $295.00 USD per person. This amount is valid until March 1, of 2026. Then the registration fee will raise to 350.00 USD per person. You are encouraged to register and book your room as soon as possible, as our host hotel will fill up fast during pride week.
Please note: if you choose to stay at another property during the conference, you will not be able to access the Hospitality Suite. Unfortunaly, this due to limitations with the hotel. We strongly encourage you to reserve a room in the hotel for 3 nights.
CANCELLATION/REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
• No Cancellations or Refunds
• The ifCon 2026 TPE Planning Committee is composed of 100% volunteers
• The registration fee helps pay for this event which includes mandatory costs based on the number of registered guests. Any remaining proceeds will be donated to local non-profit organizations supporting the LGBTQ+ community
• Individuals may transfer their own Registration to another individual at any time prior to October 1st, 2026. It is the responsibility of the Seller to notify us when the transfer is mutually agreed upon
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By registering, you hereby assume all risks and shall be solely responsible, legally and financially, in regards to ifCon 2026 TPE. You further agree to hold ifCon 2026 TPE, the International Friendship Alliance (IFA), event hosts, and associated groups harmless from all expenses, damages, costs, and claims of any nature that you may suffer as a result of, or in connection with, the named event. Therefore, you relieve and release ifCon 2026 TPE, IFA, event hosts, and associated groups, from any and all liability, and acknowledge that IfCon 2026 TPE, IFA, event hosts, and associated groups have no responsibility to monitor and/or see to your well-being.
PHOTO POLICY
By registering, you hereby grant permission to use photographs and/or videos taken of yourself and others during the event in publications, news releases, online, and other communications. If you do not want to be photographed, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from photo taking activities.
Because of the unique banking laws in Taiwan, at this time the only way for you to remit your registration fee is thru Zelle. Zelle is an extremely safe and transaction free way to transfer money between bank accounts. Zelle only works with banks located in the US. If you are located out side of the US and wish to attend, please reach out to Bob to make other arrangements for payment.
